Shipping and Returns Policy for Purchases Made through the Website

At Stylo Sofás, we work to make your shopping experience clear, safe, and satisfactory. Below you will find all the information regarding shipping, costs, times, and returns.

 

1. Shipping

1.1 Preparation and Delivery Times

  • Orders placed through the website are prepared within 24-48 business hours after payment confirmation.
  • If you request home delivery, the delivery times will range between 48 hours and up to 10 days, depending on the deliveries scheduled for those days.
  • Transportation will be coordinated with the customer to confirm the delivery time and availability, ensuring that the order arrives at the most convenient time.

 

1.2 Shipping Costs (for Orders through the Website)

  • Valle de Mena – Sodupe Area: €60 VAT included.
    • This price includes transport of the new sofa and removal of the old one.
  • Other addresses: the cost will be calculated upon request; customers should contact us to receive a personalized quote.
    • This price will include transport of the new sofa and removal of the old one.

     

    2. Returns

    Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

    • The product received does not match the order placed (shipping error).

     

    2.1 Return Procedure

    1. Report the incident within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
    2. Send an email to contacto@stylosofas.com indicating:
      • Order number
      • Description of the defect or error
      • Photographs that prove the incident
    3. Our team will evaluate the request and confirm the steps to follow.
    4. If accepted, the collection of the product will be managed by the store.
    5. Once the product has been received and verified, a full refund will be processed using the same payment method used within 5-10 business days.

     

    3. Important conditions

    • Returns are not accepted for changes of opinion, color, or personal preferences.
    • The product must be in perfect condition for its return.
